Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and for your decision to join West Virginia Family Health (WVFH).  We look forward to serving you and your family members.

At WVFH, we have created a strong network of medical providers in your community to service your medical needs.  This includes high quality physicians, great hospitals and other health care providers who will focus on your health and well-being.  Keeping you healthy and well is important to us.

You can reference your Member Handbook to help you understand the way your plan works.  This handbook tells you what you need to know about your Medicaid benefits.  If you have a question and you cannot locate the answer in your handbook, you can contact WVFH Member Services at 855-412-8001; the TTY number is 711 or 1-800-982-8771.

Thank you for choosing West Virginia Family Health - we look forward to serving you.

We can translate most items and at no cost.  Call the Member Services number on your member ID card.  Podemos traducir esto gratuitamente. Llame al número de servicio de atención al cliente que aparece en su tarjeta de identificación (ID card).

Don't forget to inform West Virginia Family Health (WVFH) Member Services and your DHHR caseworker.

If you move, it is very important to tell your caseworker at the Department of Health and Human Resources ("DHHR").  We can only update your address and phone number after your caseworker updates your file.  Your new address and phone number are needed so that we can send you information about your health plan.

Every Medicaid offers basic Medicaid benefits. WVFH also offers extra services called Value-Added services. The rewards are part of an initiative program focused on health education or improved medical outcomes.
